Experience

● 28 years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Project Management, PLC programming, instrumentation and controls; OSHA, writing, implementing and updating preventative maintenance schedules as well as working to comply with ISO certifications; project organization, commissioning, certification and testing installations on all types of instrumentation and controls; AC / DC systems and circuits in a large variety of environments (5mvdc- 750kvac)

● 23 years of experience with various robotic systems from GE, Fanuc and ABB; automated palletization and stacking systems to include changing plc brands, programming, rebuilding and re-equipping for different products; troubleshooting, repairing, and tuning/updating PID loops

● 25 years of experience with frequency drives from Reliance, Allen Bradley, AB, GE, Mitsubishi and others

● 12 years experience converting, rebuilding and updating DC cranes to AC cranes up to 500 tons.

● 7 years of experience in maintaining production uptime in clean room environments

● Involved in over 50 startups.
