Apply with your profile and you are paid exactly what you see.

Each kind of work runs its own way. An hourly contract: you apply, the customer sends an offer, and you click Accept Offer. On White Glove, the customer's name stays private, and you're paid on the contract's net terms. A direct job is the company's own permanent hire, and the pay is always shown.
