My first experience has been as an industrial electrician. I´m an industrial electricity technologist.

I have worked with full processes of installation and commissioning of machines and production lines.

I have more than 4 years managing a multi-disciplinary maintenance team (mechanics, industrial electricians, industrial refrigeration technicians), leading different projects and giving direct support with the execution of technical activities in conjunction with the entire work team.

I really like working with PLC programming. Most of my experience has been with different Allen Bradley families. I´m always opened to learn and discover new things about programming.

Electrical control panel assembly.

I have more than 9 years as an industrial electrician and I´ve worked with various types of machinery, equipment and processes.

Maintenance management (preventive/predictive/corrective plan, automation projects, work order system administration, ...) of the equipment and facilities of the assigned location. Management/supervision of an 18 people team (coordinator, technical supervisor, driver, 15 technicians), giving direct support when needed. Ensure that the coordinator keeps the maintenance order system updated. Provide resources for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) to the technical supervisor and technicians. Management of spare parts and services with suppliers.

Implementation/management of projects in everything related to industrial automation, modifications and improvements of programs. I was designing/reviewing/modifying electrical schematics, installing new machines and equipment. I did the complete installation of the electrical system of a dental floss waxing machine, including all the testing and validation phases until the equipment was delivered to the production department. PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SmartGuard 600 Safety Controllers, Micro800, PanelView 7). I was programming with Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000 software, Connected Components Workbench, FactoryTalk View Machine Edition. DeviceNet network configuration with RSNetWorx for DeviceNet. Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700 AC Drives configuration. Cognex Vision Systems configuration for inspection modules. I was setting jobs in In-Sight 8000 and In-Sight 9000 models, using In-Sight Spreadsheets Standard and In-Sight EasyBuilder software. Setting and/or reviewing of Allen-Bradley Kinetix 5500 servo drives through the DeviceNet network. Check and deliver machinery and equipment to other departments according to specifications, local requirements and KPIs. Performing process validation (IQ, PQ, OQ). Prepare and verify electrical diagrams of the network of system components and/or machines. The AC power supply is of 480V/208V/120V.

Maintain production lines and auxiliary equipment. Repairing electrical components/systems. I did the complete restoration of the electrical system of a filling machine for jars of seasoning powder. I was repairing electric chain hoists, industrial mixers, control systems of conveyors, automatic doors, auxiliary equipment (air compressors, air handlers, ...) and many others. Propose and execute modifications and improvements. PLC/HMI programing ((Allen-Bradley CompactLogix, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, SLC500, PanelBuilder32). I was programming with RSLogix 500 software. VFD configuration: Allen-Bradley PowerFlex, Schneider Altivar. Develop, modify and review electrical safety procedures. Repairing and maintenance of Markem-Imaje Ink Jet Printers. The AC power supply is of 480V/208V/120V.

I was working with electrical systems of liquid filling machines, process tank mixers, juice powder filling machines and many others. Propose and execute modifications and improvements. PLC/HMI programing ((Allen-Bradley MicroLogix, Omron, Schneider). There I was programing with SLC 500, CX Programmer and other softwares. VFD configuration (Toshiba, Allen-Bradley PowerFlex, Schneider Altivar, ...). Repairing and maintenance of Markem-Imaje Ink Jet Printers. Repairing and maintenance of centrifugal pumps. The AC power supply is of 480V/208V/120V.

Instrumentation apprentice: level/pressure/temperature transmitters, sensors, temperature plotters for milk sterilizers, electro-pneumatic actuators,... Preventive maintenance of electrical components/systems. Installations/improvements/new projects assistant. VFD configuration: Allen-Bradley PowerFlex. AC power supply of 480V/277V. 69kV are received and reduced to 12470V in the substation.
