I've been utilizing AutoCAD and Fusion360 softwares for many years, starting as early as 2014 during my years in college. I've utilized both in a professional and personal setting. In my spare time I use both of these programs to create designs for personal use, such as parts for cars, to repair misc. broken plastics and some metallic pieces, and even for shooting sports such as paintball. Most of my experience using these programs has been directly tied to rapid prototyping platforms such as CNC, FDM, and resin machines; consequently I am very famliar with GD&T in that workspace.

During my tenure with Lear Corporation, I worked directly with seasoned Controls Engineers with backgrounds in both AB/RS and Siemens to gain insight into proper techniques and procedures to work safely with these automation softwares and the devices they control. All of my experience comes from working within a live production environment, both troubleshooting/tuning equipment, and installing equipment. I became extremely competent working with this software and went on to develop a training suite tailored for our maintenance crew to learn from a level of complete ignorance to high competency. Part of this suite contained a working test bench PLC for training and testing of equipment removed from the field. My training program was nominated for a best practice prior to my departure and considered for a Six Sigma Black Belt project, had I remained employed with Lear. To this day I maintain that training program documentation in my posession.

During my tenure with Lear Corporation, many of our metrics of success were captured with various Keyence platforms where standard methods of tracking were either unreliable or not possible. I was trained on methods of best setup with these systems, as well as what applications they are best suited for. It proved just as important to understand what NOT to use a certain system with, just as much as when to. My training encompassed hardware, network, and AI training and setup on nearly 2 dozen units across the entire Tuscaloosa Lear facility.

I am well versed on the safe use of robotics (Fanuc specifically) in a live production environment as well as proper lockout-tagout procedure when operating these machines. During my tenure with Lear Corporation, I utilized these machines to shift manpower into other more pertenet areas, mostly focusing the robotics on areas of high repetitive motion, such as fastening of bolts using torque metering controls.

PELLA COMPANY PROJECT " UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY " AUG. 2017 - MAY 2018 I was the de factoteam leader through muchof this project.I helped to coordinate meetings, task team members with objectiveseach week, consulted directly with the course instructors on team tasks and met withPella Company engineers that originally tasked us with the project to discuss the status of the project and its direction. The task itself was the design and implementation of dust particulate collectionsystem within the Pella fabrication complexlocated in Murray, Kentucky. Some of the skills that were essential to this task included GD&T (Geometric Dimensionand Tolerance), DFMA(Design for Manufacturing and Assembly),lean manufacturing knowledge, 2D and 3D AutoCAD, and FEA(Finite Element Analysis).
