Finding Work

How do I search for contracts or jobs?+

Use the search bar on the homepage to filter by location, skills, rate, and work type (onsite/remote/hybrid). You can also browse the feed which shows personalized opportunities matching your profile.

What's the difference between hourly contracts and full-time jobs?+

Hourly contracts are temporary positions paid by the hour, typically ranging from a few weeks to several months. Full-time jobs are permanent employment with salary and benefits. Both are posted on FEED.

How do I apply to a position?+

Click "Apply" on any contract or job listing. You'll be asked to confirm your rate and availability, answer any eligibility questions, and submit. Your complete profile is shared with the employer.

What happens after I apply?+

The employer reviews your application. They may shortlist you, request an interview, extend an offer, or decline. You'll receive notifications for each status change in your dashboard and email.

How are contract rates determined?+

You set your own hourly rate on your profile. Employers may post contracts with a rate range. During negotiation, both parties agree on the final rate before work begins.
