Founded in 2018, Automate America came from a simple observation: companies across every industry struggle to find qualified technical talent, while skilled professionals struggle to find the right work.
Our founder, Tony Wallace, spent 20+ years in manufacturing and automation. He saw firsthand how the traditional hiring process didn't understand technical requirements and didn't move fast enough.
