Our Story
Founded in 2018, Automate America was born from a simple observation: companies across every industry struggle to find qualified technical talent, while skilled professionals have trouble finding the right opportunities.
Our founder, Tony Wallace, spent over 20 years in the manufacturing and automation industry. He saw firsthand the challenges companies faced hiring skilled professionals. The traditional hiring process didn't understand technical requirements or move fast enough.
