• In general, I have developed PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for processing, packaging, assembly, and manufacturing systems. This includes hardware designs for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuitry, Industrial Ethernet Network Design and Configuration. • I have performed system integration services for BMS, HVAC, Data Center, and electrical microgrid infrastructure projects using PLC and SCADA systems. • Other projects include developing and implementing safety system upgrades and complete legacy system conversion upgrades that included the complete controls system - PLC, HMI, and SCADA. • I have developed software with S88, Batch, and Phase Management Control methodologies. • PLC: I am proficient using Rockwell, Modicon/Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Lenze. This includes the various programming methods: Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured text. • SCADA system I am proficient with FactoryTalk SE/ME, Ignition Vision/Perspective, Wonderware. • Data Historians: I have experience implementing OSI Pi, Canary Systems, and SQL databases. • MES: I have experience configuring and implementing Sepasoft into the Ignition SCADA platform. • NETWORKS: I have designed and implemented enterprise class, high availability network systems.

• Over 10 years Supervising Engineers and cross-functional teams ranging in size from 4-15 people responsible for all aspects of engineering, manufacturing, equipment installation, and start-up activities. • Managed multiple concurrent design and capital improvement projects with a combined estimated value more than $80 million. In addition, I was able to establish new project completion performance benchmarks by reducing the time required to successfully complete projects by 25%. • Managed multiple projects serving as the client representative to ensure the various assignments were completed within budget, on time, and fulfilled the defined business requirements. This included developing Requests for Proposal/Information, Scope of Work statements, Vendor selection, and other tasks necessary for project quality and risk management documentation/reporting. • Created industry relevant documentation including User Requirements, Validation Plans, Proposals, Estimates, Controls Design & Functional Specifications, and Operational performance criteria. Prior Project Example - Servo Motion & Machine Controls using Rockwell PLC and Inductive Automation Ignition: I worked with mechanical engineers to develop new line of manufacturing equipment. This provided a more efficient, cost effective methodology to manufacture an existing product. This included integrated and synchronized Servo Motion Control application that combined both printing and manufacturing application. I provided requirements for controls design, performed the software development of both the PLC and HMI systems.

Prior Project Example - Rockwell System Upgrade: I consulted for and participated in the conversion of a legacy system upgrade at a pharmaceutical manufacturer that included (9) PLC5 and (5) SLC500 processors to (3) ControlLogix processors. For this project the conversion included migration of Intellution iFix application to RSView SE. I was responsible for testing and validation, supporting production, and performed engineering interventions.
