I was responsible for setting up several cameras to identify features on the part then pass/fail then offset the robot path by the amount the feature moved.

Launch dozens of new weld cells which can include (but not limited to) reviewing fixtures and hardware before build, robot programming, welding parameter development, training operators and maintenance, writing standard work instructions, helping with quality documentation, cycle time reduction, prodution support, etc. Help specifiy equipment for, set up, and launch new weld evaluation laboratory. Evaluate new welding hardware. Develop welding processes for extraordinary speed in a unique application. Interview, suggest for hire, train, and certify new welders.
