To Obtain Projects/Jobs as I transition from an intrapreneur to an entrepreneur. Description: I manage & engineer projects. My rolls change from project to project based on resources with-in the company. Some projects I do almost every aspect of the project with the help of crew. Other times I do the PLC, Robot, & Safety Programming or other skilled tasks. I have a very versatile skill set with the ability to figure out just about anything. The company that I currently work for bids entire manufacturing lines and does most of the work in house. I personally shift around almost all rolls with-in the company.
