Auburn Hills, MI • Contracted to write the PLC and HMI software for 4 types of Engine Block and Head Washers for GM Tonawanda, NY and Spring Hill, TN plants. • Programmed Siemens S7 300 series. MP277 HMI's and Fanuc R30ia based robots for part washing and deburring applications. • Developed the automation programming for the GM Defiance Block washing Line. • Programmed and commissioned several GM RIO Head Flushers

Florence, KY • Contracted to commission and provide startup support for the Rackbar DP and APA lines at a new facility in Florence, KY. This entails broaching, deburring, stamping, laser etching of DMC Codes, end-machining, induction hardening, straightening, crack detection, several wash processes and inspection. • Responsible for the programming and commissioning of 26 Siemens 840Dsl based machines as well as 32 ABB robots. • Spent 6 months in Germany with the machine builders, certifying all equipment to operational and UL standards before shipment. Vendors include Klink, AMT, Schuler, Kadia, Interflux, and LPW. • Responsible for the roll out of Auvesy's VersionDog versioning software at the Florence facility after startup.

St. Louis, MO • Contracted to commission and provide startup support for the powerhouses of 2 new ethanol plants that were started up in 2009/2010. The first was in Evansville, Indiana. The second in East St. Louis, Illinois. • Responsible for all powerhouse controls from IO checkout until customer sign off. This includes tuning and NOx certification of 8 boilers using Lipten's CombustionPac control system. (Micrologix / PanelView Plus CE1000 with FactoryTalkView ME) • Responsible for startup and commissioning of Lipten's MasterPac system for powerhouse SCADA. (ControlLogix, Factory Talk View Site Edition) • Performed preliminary controls IO checkout on the Solana Solar Plant, Gila Bend, Arizona

Loveland, CO • Contracted to complete startup and qualify 3 depalletizers at Tropicana's Naked Juice facility. City of Industry, CA. • Responsible for operational programming (ControlLogix) as Well as line control interface (Wonderware) • Wrote the S7 Logic and WinCC HMI for a Rexam supersorter retrofit. Vevay, IN • Contracted to complete several automation projects for the Highway, Water, and Waste Treatment departments. • Standardized the Water and waste treatment departments on the ControlLogix platform. • Worked with Water Dept. personnel to develop HMI's and OPC based reporting that streamlined the troubleshooting, data collection and logging process. • Supplied the electrical design and programming for the Highway Departmernt's new brine production and storage equipment.

Dayton, OH Contracted to General Motors • On a one year contract to help repair the Oklahoma City GM final assembly plant destroyed by a tornado May 8,2003. • Integrated new control systems to GM CCRW standards for body shop applications including conveyors, robotic material handling, and robotic welding. • Interfaced ControlLogix/Devicenet workcells to the plants central Cimplicity system via ControlNet. • Programmed PanelView screens, Dataliner marquees and andon boards to improve operator and maintenance efficiency

Hebron, KY • Developed standard methods for connecting Datalogic barcode scanners and RFID antennas to all major PLC / Fieldbus packages. • Provided the systems level input for the design team that designed Datalogic's Devicenet, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus TCP integrated products. • Integrated Datalogic scanners into customer control systems on large projects: UPS, Airborne Express, and Loomis. • Assisted conveyor integrators in developing data and tracking logic based on Datalogic products. • Wrote HMI/Test software to standardize testing in the Datalogic US repair facility.
