Manage smooth commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the company and the Contractor. Supervise and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines. Review designs and supervise onsite commissioning activities. Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists. Outline procedures, norms and details for writing the Systems Manual. Monitor installation, submittals and usage of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines. Guide testing processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results. Assist with identification and redressal of commissioning and malfunction issues. Track and review progress through meetings. Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in accordance with the needs of the project. Compile commission report data for summarizing. Assist in summarizing and updating commission records. Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with functional staff. Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning team. Attain customer satisfaction through adhering to owner guidelines with the entire project team.

Responsible for performing installation of automated wood cutting machines, managing projects from start to finish. Design, install, or repair equipment related to different sectors of the technology world. Serve as customer facing technical resource and collaborates with engineers and other senior staff as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution. Consult with clients to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications. Manage escalated customer customers tickets in a timely manner. Log all support desk interactions in ticket system. Escalate problems to other departments as needed. Prioritizes and implements approved system modifications, programs and other requests of medium to high complexity. May serve as a project team member on project implementations, independently tasks of medium to high complexity resulting in successful, on time and on budget. May supervise and train less experience staff on the project team. Prepare activity reports on support activities. Create formal documentation including configuration documentation, test documentation, and support documentation. Stay abreast of the latest technology trends. May provide on call support coverage via on call rotation schedule as needed. Promote knowledge transfer to influence positive change and strengthens the team's performance.
