Collaborate with our corporate headquarters in Switzerland to bring about innovative solutions for the manufacturing process in our facilities in the USA, Switzerland, India, and China. Member of the management team involved in establishing company strategies and goals, reporting directly to the CEO. Manage a nine member engineering team, consisting of mechanical, electrical and production engineers. Contribute to the overall gross profit by developing new production methods and improving existing processes to increase output, safety, reduce defect rates and product delivery date. Designed the Daetwyler Doctor Blade Holder. This product generated $1.5MM in holder sales, $2MM in new annual doctor blade sales, and helped retain $4MM in exisitng annual doctor blade sales. Increased the custom machinery annual sales from $500,000 to $3MM, by expanding the customer base and increasing project complexcity. Use CRM to track and report sales activities. Establish and cultivate customer relationship with my product knowledge and design creativity.
