Robotics ENGINEER As a Robotics Engineer I am involved in all aspects of robotics maintenance and programming. Down below I have listed some of my responsibilities: o Robot programing. o Solving problems of robot related issues. o Materia Handling Application. o Spot weld applications. 1. I participated on the PRO- 554 project "Rueckwand Assembly" helping on the simulation of spotwelds robots Nachi to be installed at CIE at Puebla, Mexico. 2. I participated on the PRO- 367 project "Rocker Reinforcement" helping on the Roboguide simulation, commissioning and programming spotweld and material Handling robots Fanuc at proAutomation facilities. 3. I have assisted to refurbish Fanuc Robots (RJ3IB Controller) where I have gained valuable knowledge as a robotics technician, having to do electrical trouble shooting to make it work properly and mechanical maintenance. 4. I worked on the training cell of proAutomation Facilities installing and programming a second Fanuc Robot to the cell and learning the basics of robotics programming and PLC interface. 5. I participated on LMV Automative Systems in Kansas City in the implementation of the Cadillac Wheellhouse model on the existing wheellhouse robotic cell, using fanuc robots. My activities consisted in teaching spot-weld, mig-weld and material handling robots, verifying paths, robot zones and DCS safety areas. 6. I participated in support for KUKA robots in the Audi facilities, in the measurement area. My activities consisted in teaching the robots and communication setup. 7. At present in MAGNA DRIVE project on Greenville, SC as Robotics support engineer for the G01 Assembly lines of BMW platform, support of productions lines, doing troubleshooting in Robotics line.
