Working more and more with the software and learning as I go.

Started my own business doing Robotic/Controls Programming. Fanuc Master Certified Service Engineer. Working Primarily with different Fanuc Integrators on large 4-8 month projects ranging from Machine tool load unload to Robotic Bending Solutions and specializing in vision support.

As a Controls Engineer I helped with the day to day operations of the manufacturing plant. I also used my skills to decrease cycle times throughout the plant and worked on special projects that included Robot Press tending and vision guided robotics. Worked with Allen Bradley software on a daily basis to update and implement these new projects.

As a Robotic Systems Engineer, I provide the technical expertise required for integration, programming, assistance, and service of robotic cells, including planning, writing/programming code as necessary, to ensure the end product meets functional goals expected of the project on required schedules. Helping control costs associated with support of the product and project commitments to meet budgeted guidelines. This includes helping to establish realistic time expenditure goals to be spent by myself and other Robotic System Engineers assigned to my projects for achieving functional requirements of projects and the attainment of timely completion of tasks within these goals. As the Vision Group Leader, I am in charge of all projects with vision on them. I program and train individuals to complete the projects and provide any technical advice they require. As the Offline Programming Leader, I program using Roboguide and Ultra Edit. I am well versed in Roboguide and have completed many cells with only the use of this software from start to finish.

Maintain two automated frame rail lines while in full production. Robot programming, PLC programming and troubleshooting, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, pneumatic troubleshooting, general maintenance.
