Leader in the rehabilitation of Fanuc robots. A rehabilitation plan was developed for Fanuc robots that were out of use for almost 10 years, with 10 people in my charge. In the end, we obtained 28 functional robots according to the maintenance plan. - Supervisor in the integration of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical power in manufacturing cells at Sonora Forming Technologies (Magna), with a crew of 5 engineers. - Fanuc programmer in the integration of the new MKZ and Fusion models at the Ford Hermosillo Plant. - I participated on the PRO-737 project "Rocker Reinforcement" helping on the commissioning and programming spotweld and material Handling robots Fanuc at LMV Kansas City. - At present in MAGNA DRIVE project on Greenville, SC as Robotics support engineer for the G01 Assembly lines of BMW platform, support of productions lines, doing troubleshooting in Robotics line. March 2016 - August 2016 Correction of Mantenimiento Industrial las Truchas S.A. de C.V. electrical and instrument drawings, SAT and FAT testing, installation and commissioning of measuring instruments, motors and high voltage power, English translator for foreign contractors and suppliers. - Calibration of instruments and installation of hydraulic pumps, achieving the correct operation of these. - Verification of control connections (24 and 12 VDC) and power supply (120, 220 and 480 VAC). - Translator for foreign contractors in order for mine personnel to perform proper installation of the molybdenum concentrate area
SCA SHUCKER S.A. de C.V. March 2016 - August 2016 Supervise SCA equipment installations, correct logic and application paths in the robot, do the STARTUP and SETUP of the equipment, apply preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide training in the use of equipment - Standardize the operation of the SCA equipment in Ford Hermosillo plant, obtaining as a result the reduction of stop times. - Responsible for the Jetta A7 project by SCA Mexico in Puebla Wolksvagen plant. In charge of supervising installation, do star up and set up. - Installation of the multi-axis tool and Fanuc programming in Nissan A2 Aguascalientes
