Start the investigation of the car accidents involving Ford's Explorer and Firestone tires. Design and develop a new test for tires and SUV'S. The research method was awarded and recognized by the authorities. Achievements: - Successfully conduct the investigation of the accidents involving Ford's Explorer SUV and Firestone Wilderness Tires in laboratories at Venezuela (Valencia and Caracas) and USA (Akron and Detroit). - Leader of the commission integrated by 12 engineers - Successfully design test for the Ford Explorer at Romeo Michigan Ford Facilities for evaluation of the chassis and components. - Successfully design test for the Wilderness Tires at Akron Ohio Firestone Facilities; and Valencia Venezuela, for evaluation of the tire and components. - Developed the formula for the increase of the temperature at the tire against the pressure of inflation and speed. - Drafting and Issuance of a conclusive final report for the Congress of Venezuela and for Ford-Firestone regarding accidents of SUV'S and tires
