Which activities included vehicle flow design, construction, and equipment installation. Approximated total budget of $750,000 USD.

2012-Current Guardian West- Flex N Gate, Urbana Illinois USA Welding-Robotics Engineer Improved the performance in the robotics, and welding process through continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Support in programming, and troubleshooting of Fanuc, ABB, Motoman robots, resistance welding cells, and manual welding operations. - Reestablished the preventive maintenance program, and recommended practices in robotic equipment that increased the average machine performance by 20% in the first year. - Selected for the first Six Sigma internal training, and completed the first project at Guardian West. 2007-2012 Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), Jurez Mxico (Canadian American ATV Manufacturer) Robotics Engineer Coordinator for all the technical activities related with robotics at BRP Juarez. Organized 10 robot technicians in two shifts, and supported them related with technical issues. Key person for new equipment introduction in collaboration with Valcourt Canada engineering team. - Implemented the project of automated weld counting system in 30 welding stations. The purpose of the project is to avoid missing welds that can result in potential problems in the ATV or SSV. This project was completely developed in Juarez Plant. Approx. budget. $250,000 USD. - Provided direction for the completion and improvements for the automated fixture control system. The purpose of the project is to provide a standardized control and increase the operator safety with a two hands control. Additionally the station control is able to communicate with other devices.
