Keep the production line running, troubleshoot all robotic faults whether its rivet faults, TOX faults, sealer faults. Simple touch ups of weld programs or TOX programs. Daily TPMs and weekly PMs. Give pass downs to the incoming shift. Coach operators on how to run stations.

Manage 7 employees on a fully automated assembly line. Troubleshoot 20 Kuka KRC5 robots (6 laser welding, 2 EDM, 6 Rivet and clinch nut, 5 hemming, and 1 material handling), TPM the line before the start of the shift ( changing laser lines and cleaning off weld and hemming fixtures, troubleshoot the lines using 4 Siemens Simatic HMIs, keeping up with stock on the line and final inspection of doors before labeling them and shipping them off

Work aside the mold techs when we have mold changes. Set up the lotus vision system to take new images. Set up boxes for the camera to see the wires. Adjust LKQ springs to eliminate flash or adjust pressures and timers to fill voids in foam parts. Take video of robots pouring foam to see where voids or missing shots are occurring. Move points in the robot program if needed. Keep close watch on the PURPLAN tank farm (the system that feeds that poly and iso to the floor. Adjust chemical index when needed, by using the Newton formula.

Duties include doing TPM and SPC checks at the start of the shift, assembling transmission at various stations.

Weld specialist (Diahmler in Tuscaloosa, Al 11/17-1/18) Duties included working with Kuka KRC4 system, setting weld timers with the Bosch system. Fisher Barton Stampings

Production Welder (5/16-10/17) Duties included hand welding various parts for production per blue print. GMAW and GTAW rework. Using various hand tools to prepare metals for rework

Robotic Programmer (5/14-10/17) Duties includes working with the tool room on new product launches, ABB writing programs on a PC using Robot studio, programming an ABB robot using the IRC5 and S4 pendant, and writing multi style programs. Programmed GMAW robots, made sure welds were of good quality. Used various strength test too insure good weld quality

Team Leader (Robotic welding) (4/13 to 4/14) Duties included being in charge of 8 ABB robotic welding cells, working with the department supervisor on part scheduling, working with the programmer on how we can make the robots more efficient, changing fixtures, keeping an inventory of all parts made

Lead Operator of Denver Global Products (12/12 to 3/13) Duties included watching over the operations of 3 K600 ABB robotic cells, learning and knowing how to troubleshoot the robots, adjusting welds when needed, and changing wire drums

Welding Associate(8/12 to 11/12) Duties included running Panasonic and ABB welding robots using various gauges, micrometers, and calipers to make sure that I was making parts that were inspect. Also, watch the quality of the welds that the robots made
