About Me
As a past logistics professional I have seen the ins and outs of the manufacturing profession from multiple points of view. I remember the first time I actually saw a robot in the field and I always wondered how and what made this magnificent machine function.
Diverse Industries taught me how and what it takes to make these machines function and the necessary tools/skills to be successful as a robotic maintenance tech. Maintenace techs as you know can have interesting demands, so I decided to go back into management.
Working with others, coaching, mentoring is a passion of mine. Helping others achieve success is as important to my own. I have learned over the years that not all things go as planned, not everyone will adopt your ideas or goals, it's what makes us human. Being "Goal Oriented" I will always go the extra mile for my people and my customers.

Directed a 6-person team responsible for supporting Caterpillar BCP Athens (GA) and Clayton (NC). Trained and assisted the Production Scheduler on accurate shipping schedules for production. Assisted customers with shipment schedules, and tracking and locating shipments. Performed and presented monthly KPI Metrics to top level management. Established the start-up of the company cycle counting program using root cause to establish discrepancies, while maintaining a 99.7 percent inventory accuracy rate at the end of 2017 on $6M worth of inventory. Maintained all incoming purchase orders and maintained 100 percent on time delivery to our customers for the past two years.
