• Led all research and development for new Photoneo 3D Vision software systems deployed at GM facilities. • Configured Photoneo vision systems end-to-end and delivered hands-on training to contractors and in-house personnel. • Operated and configured Keyence vision systems integrated with robotic cells. • Programmed and maintained Matrox camera systems including stationary blob detection and offset recipe configuration. • Supported sealer applications, seek-and-find material handlers, and 7th axis RTU systems.

• Inherited incomplete integration from a previous vendor and fully commissioned production lines, restoring missing DSC, CSO, and SSI connections. • Corrected mislabeled I/O mapping, standardized weld parameters, and reconfigured all weld gun pressure data settings. • Resolved incorrect robot movement speeds and continuous-path speeds; established proper payload configurations. • Restructured program architecture for readability and maintainability, adding descriptive remarks and comments throughout. • Optimized robot and clamp sequencing to improve timing while maintaining dimensional integrity. • Developed Fanuc teach-pendant training guides covering navigation, basic setup, and program sequencing for new hires.

• Configured new and existing robotic systems for multiple client facilities, improving quality, safety, and cycle time. • Developed and verified offline programs (OLPs) to client specifications; set and validated parameters across various robot models. • Gained experience with IDS adhesive/sealant machines, racking systems, and RTU integrated rail configurations.

• Designed and assembled new prototype EOAT, processing sensor and signal data to validate performance. • Developed program routines and verified OLPs for adhesive, drilling, and welding applications per customer specifications. • Worked with SCA adhesive machines, K-Flow drill application, Henrob SPR rivet machines, Fronius MIG welding, and grip/suction material handlers via PLC I/O.

• Supported diverse automotive applications across body, underbody, and closure systems. • Programmed Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC logic; worked with Henrob, SCA, Fronius, Coherix, K-Flow, and Tunkers systems. • Built, configured I/O, and tested robotic cells; developed and validated functionality and feasibility for new systems. • Served as primary client contact, listening to requirements and resolving concerns to ensure project success.

• Learned to mathematically calculate and create DCS safety zones for Fanuc robots. • Mastered I/O mapping, TCP setup, and User/Tool frame creation and application. • Uploaded and edited offline programs via laptop; corrected syntax errors and verified program integrity.
