Jan 2017 - May 2017 Ladder Logic Programming (Allen-Bradley) - PLC for an automated garage door. RS LOGIX 5000 software was used to program ALLEN BRADLEY to initiate garage door. Motion sensor was used which when interrupted made the door to move back up. Stack lights were used to indicate the type of motion of the garage door. - PLC for traffic lights at main & cross street. Programmed Compact Logix PLC using RSLOGIX 5000 to work in both auto and manual mode. STACK lights are used, where green light stays on for 10sec, Amber for 3sec and Red light is designed based on the opposing street along with overlap of 2 seconds. RESUME OVERRIDE condition is alternating RED & light. used for AMBER - PLC program for riveter machine. Timer, Counter, Comparator & Subroutine are used to perform specific tasks. Programmed Micro Logix 1000 PLC for the riveter machine made to work in Auto and Manual mode. Created HMI screens using connected components workbench software
Robotics Programming Jan 2017 - May 2017 - Developed a code using Multi-Layer Perceptron's to make the linear biped model (SLIP- Spring Loaded Inverted Pendulum) to adapt its attacking angle and change its velocity to match the desired velocity. - Collected a set of data from the linear biped model for different attack angles and developed a Mat-Lab code using Recursive Least square method to keep the model to change its velocity and hoping height to the desired value. - Developed Mat-Lab code to approximate the given data using Multi-layer perceptron's, Fuzzy Controller, Least Square methods. - Worked on Robotic arm in lab and developed codes to find out the angle of each joints using the location (X, Y and Z-coordinates) of the End Effector and vice versa. Sign Language Conversion to Audio and Text using Smart Glove and to control Devices
Nov 2012 - May 2013 Embedded C, Android, and Micro-controller - Designed and developed a SMART GLOVE that will convert sign language into plain text and audio, thus removing the dependency on human interpreters. - Developed an Android app to receive data via blue tooth from the smart glove and display it on the screen
