Programming Skills (7)
I can do anything in Rockwell, designing, programming, troubleshooting.
The last 5 years I was only reteaching, troubleshooting and rewiring. But I used to program the robots from scratch
I can make queries create local databases, I don't create the databases normally but normally I am told to create scripts to interact with them
I have been going in and out, basically troubleshooting and debugging codes written by others.
About Me
As a seasoned Manufacturing Professional with over 18 years of experience in Manufacturing, I have developed a deep understanding of Manufacturing and Project Launches with nearly 100 products launched and delivered in a timely and profitable manner. On these project launches I have been able to develop strong Teams that carry on the project and keep growing because of the structure my Team and I have created for them.
I can solve your Automation problems on the PLC, Robot, Process or many mechanical parts
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
-Motors all sizes
-Contactors, Starters and Drives
-Robots ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, Panasonic
-Welding equipment: MIG, MAG, Spot, Resistance welding,
- Projection welding, Friction stir welding.
-Pneumatics and hydraulic equipment including high specialty valves like the ones used in Die Casting
-High/low voltage management
-PLC Programming Rockwell it’s my forte but I can work in Siemens as well.
-Kistler or Kistler like presses.
-Many types of actuators either pneumatic or electric
-Most of the sensor types for most of the physical variables.

Skilled Trades (3)
I have been unofficially managing Teams up to 72 people, it wasn't official because I am on a TN VISA so I wouldn't take them officially under me but, I would design the roles and respobilities for all of them.
I cover most of the Process needed in Manufacturing, all welding made by robots, torque guns, glue, seal applications, rivetting. Whatever I don't know I just look the AIAG and learn it
Software Competencies (1)
Professional Competencies (3)
Because the machine behavior depends on how the machine is operated and maintained, I created multiple documentation to define the structure and the expectation for: -Production -Quality -Maintenance -Sustaining Engineering All the equipment has common or repetitive failure modes. For this matter I created multiple documentation on what to avoid, what to expect and how to react with these failure modes. This documentation was created for the following different departments and Companies. Tesla: Production Control and Drive Unit Van Rob Kirchhoff: Plants in the US -Dallas and Tecumseh Michigan-; Plants in Mexico-Queretaro, Puebla, HermosilloMartinrea: Plants in Mexico: Querétaro, Mexico City, Hermosillo, Silao.
I was given the opportunity to lead and create the structure for multiple Maintenance Departments with a maximum of 72 members and a minimum of 2, as well to calculate the amount of Production Associates that would run the production lines I designed
This is what I made the most, realistic time and resources management. If someone was telling me it couldn't be done I would do it myself to prove them wrong because I have done it multiple times but, if someone is faster than me then I would let him continue.
Applications (2)
Multiple launches Model S, Model,X part of Model 3. Before Tesla I ran multiple assemble parts for BIW as a T1 or T2
Expert level, laser generators Trump and IPG. Remote welding development for GM and several laser cutters.
My Business
Why Choose Me

Because of my high commitment, if in a reasonable time the task is not performed, I will stay until it is done not charging them for the extra time. If the customer needs me to stay longer hours to decrease the timeline I will stay, I won't leave them down. (Sometimes in these long runs I will need to go to sleep to recharge).

Launch and sustain the first High Pressure Die Casting Machine at Gigafactory 1 on PLC for 6100 tons, Robot, Furnace, Ingot loader, Aluminum Fill parameters, Injection parameters, Tonnage parameters, Incoming and part quality, Improvement on die sustainability, shot rod lubrication logic and parameters, MOS parameters set up for part quality and traceability. Sustain other Equipment based on Fanuc Robots, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Sustain High Pressure Casting Machines 560, 2700, 3200 and 4200 Tons on the PLC and Fanuc Robots. Sustain Presses, Heat treat systems and CNC equipment. Support the launch of the conveyor system at General Assembly 3 in Fremont. Launch the first laser welding system for seats in Tesla and automation around it. Launched the MOS and the Ignition and databases platforms. Sustain the lines for BIW for Models S and X on Robots, PLC, Vision Systems and Ignition.
Launch in different plants located in USA, Canada and Mexico, welding, and assembly projects with a higher remark on laser welding. Most of the project started on the design of the cells and layout and ended delivering the machine to the plants meeting safety, quality and output. Hands on knowledge on robots, PLC, welding, assembly and GD&T was needed to perform the job.
