Helped companies save money on cooling towers, lights, water pumps. Also getting less outsourced work to help with budging. During covid I helped with labor and material coast with tri-annual walk throughs just to help save money. Also to have critical material in stock to avoid any emercy issues that pop up. A big reason why my current company has taken me own.

A company that I've serviced, I personally have been requested to return back to their suite to come back if they have any issue. They emailed my president with a thank you for my teams hard work. My own supervisors heavily rely on me for my hard work.

Fairly perficent in all building engineering. As an accomplishment, we conviced the president of a comany to install a new cooling tower that was wasting them money. Implenting an energy audit to convert to a better light, in returned it saved them money on a investment.

Implenting the preventative maintenance program that I'm currently with. Went through their mechanical equipment, and researched their equipment and helped with with life expectancy and possible issues to rise. Personally got to promote certain employees who exceed expectations. Enjoyed being part of their growth.

Being a leader means learning to trust the employee, buildng a strong team to all be on the same page and focued to accomplish the same goal. Also reward employees for their hard work, or evne having that hard covnersations with one on how something didnt get done. Nominated at Bedrock for the Safety Liazon. Me and a previous emoplyee helped develop a HVAC system for an entire department. I was a critical role in this development.

I'm quite proficent on how they work and why they're there. As far as working on them, I'm not versed in rebuilding pumps.

When I was a lead at Bedrock, I had 14 team members that I trained all them. What to look and listen for as far as machine failure. I've explained things in a learning setting, drawing out diagrams and explaining how machines works.

Working down the line to figure out the issue that could be possible. Knowing your way around using your tools to help identify issues.

Lead Engineer/Service Technician:  Developed, managed, implemented, and executed Preventive Maintenance program/contracts for Apex M.S. HVAC Department servicing NAI/FARBMAN GROUP first class properties as well as third party properties (ranging from 25,000sq ft. to 1,000,000 sq ft.).  First Apex Mechanical Employee – play pivotal role in development of HVAC department working with internal teams as well as senior leadership.  Assigned asset numbers, assess current state of HVAC systems, current life expectancy of all MEP related equiptment, determined amount of hours/material/cost/labor for executing and implementing preventative maintenance and contracts.  Budgeted for future contracts.  Created equipment logs as well as preventative maintenance spreadsheets.  Executed PM contracts with extensive documentation, write ups of any/all antiquated systems/safety issues, equipment deficiencies for future service & proper PPE protocol per job.  Service commercial/retail HVAC equipment and PM deficiencies that are documented in PM deficiency reports.  Service a wide variety of HVAC systems as a HVAC commercial Technician with either documented, or emergency calls after hours – responsible for documentation/accurate reports/all billable time spent.  Individually responsible for completing, budgeting, and communicating status of workload to internal teams, documenting, material/labor/truck fees while complying within company standards.  Only employee in department that works on call/after hours.  Work with internal teams to help prioritize, train, schedule, and accomplish company goals.  Always respond with a sense of urgency – transparency, and accelerated communication. Pivotal to meeting deadlines, completing projects in-house, and assuring the entire company & internal teams are working towards the same goal, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Lead Building Engineer:  Manage 3 commercial properties including a 7-story building roughly 250,000sq ft, a 3-story building roughly 150,000sq ft, & a 2- story building roughly 100,000 sq ft.  Headquartered out of the largest property in portfolio, solely responsible for all MEP equipment related issues, as well as ordering, scheduling, and overseeing any out-sourced work, bidding, and keeping inventory/monitoring for all three properties.  Successfully operate the properties that do have a BAS (Building Automated System) – physically walk all equipment daily that is not integrated into the BAS to assure efficiency/proactively maintain.  Most work/projects/maintenance I am individually responsible for completing, budgeting, and communicating status of workload to internal teams, documenting, and complying within company standards.  Work with internal teams to help prioritize, train, schedule, and accomplish company goals.  First responder to any MEP related issues – experienced troubleshooting skills. Quick learner, very coachable, and adapt fast to the atmosphere of the work environment or create a positive and efficient work space.  Professionally represent the company and its reputation when interacting with clients, tenants, vendors, and team members.  Create equipment log sheets for daily inspections of essential MEP equipment.  Execute preventative maintenance – make suggestions for energy efficiency/cost savings and life expectancy on essential equipment.  Execute fire/life safety scheduled testing – communicate with monitoring company and property management team – responsible got operating fire panel.  Always responded with a sense of urgency and outstanding customer service.

Lead Building Engineer:  Supervised and managed an engineering team of up to 14 team members.  Managed multiple properties including 25 small buildings in downtown Detroit.  Managed a 750,000 sq ft property, "The Chase Building" in downtown Detroit.  Successfully operated the company's BAS (building automated system) across all buildings that fell under my jurisdiction, to ensure that all MEP equipment was operational.  Effectively communicated with internal team and external vendors, achieving team goals that support growth and maintenance of the business.  Maintained financial control over projects and established appropriate budgeting for future projects.  Complied with regulatory codes, accessing damage control, Health Safety/ hazmat - Fire/life safety – operating fire pump/fire panel.  Supported and collaborated with senior leadership.  Provided preventative maintenance scheduling and assuring execution, proper documentation, equipment logs, completed work orders, and any other additional administrative work as needed.  Coached team members on a wide variety of MEP equipment, systematically understanding the equipment and its application and incorporated peer to peer training to support adult learning styles.  First responder to emergency situations.

Building Engineer:  Met assigned projects with clear expectations and deadlines.  Proactively maintained and repaired building infrastructure, particularly MEP equipment.  Accelerated communication with team leader and collaborated with other teams within the organization.  Represented the company in a professional manner, comfortable communicating with both clients and tenants.  Served as a dependable, key building engineer.
