William — Maintenance Technician

Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and root causes. Repair all plant machinery and equipment including robots, welders, hydraulic presses and mechanical presses. Provide mechanical and electrical support for plant equipment andmachinery. Perform preventative maintenance on equipmentAssemble, install or repair wiring. Move, align, level, and install machineryInstall or repair lighting and maintain upkeep of facility. Observe functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards andadjustment needsPerform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Support production in reducing and eliminating equipment/tooling downtime and scrap utilizing good analytical methodologies. (Preventive /Predictive Maintenance and Spare Part Inventory). Perform equipment/tooling and facilities preventive maintenance (PM) perthe schedule provided. Complete all documentation required for PM's. Perform repairs as required, and document all activities to maintainobjective of less than 30 minutes mean time to repair (MTTR).Maintain and monitor a healthy and safe work environment utilizing MSDS's for the facility and all company, local, state and federal guidelines. Document all activities as required.Adhere to all company guidelines for Emergency Evacuation to ensureemployee safety.Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.

Running/bending conduit. Running wire. Assist in installing control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays, circuit-breaker panels, and transformers, fastening in place with approved fasteners and supports using hand tools and power tools. Learn to layout and install electrical work for commercial projects, from info on drawing, sketches, and specifications. Assist in carrying-out assigned tasks with customers using good oral andwritten communication skillsAssure that work is done safely and correctly.

Maneuver into, around, and about vehicles or components on an assemblyline, or warehouse when performing stock keeping duties. Tasks may require a certain amount of reaching, twisting, bending, and use of a PMHV or hilo. Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved inperforming a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks. Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, bothoral or in writing. Ability to perceive differences in details, when inspecting parts or workperformed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership.
