I'm sure I can adapt quickly.
Skilled Trades (10)
I've been in one feild primarily for over 30 years, metal manufaturing and automation. GT&D to finish. I have accomplishments as a fabricator and as a robot tech and has performed at a high level.
Have been trained and certified many times, steel, stainless and aluminum. Worked for Caterpillar as a Manufacturing Tech/Robotic Specialist, assembled escevators, booms and earth moving products. I was certified, manual and automated as a welder. Certified as a Structual welder (steel and aluminum) in all 50 states while working at Velmont Industries fabricating light poles and highyway signs, communication towers, manuall and automated. Pridgon and Clay (steel, stainless steel) mig/tig weld, certify multiple times a day and in multiple cells, thru cut and etch samples to ensure quality standards. I have programmed many types and sizes of positioners. I have years of welding/fabracation manuall and automated. Spot/projection welding, set-up program and maintain equipment. Including welding software and vision components.

I can reair and replace components and include in programming scemes. I also can read prints.
I troubleshoot, replace cards, repair and edit programs. First trained thru ABB as a debugg tech at Rockwell RS: Logics 5000, had a refresher wiring and troubleshooting course recently.
Applications (17)
I've spent alot of time in automotive metal manufaturing and has had success at all levels from operator to supervisor, (Maint & Prod) with hard work and dedication. Let's what eles I can do. I have experience in all applications even palletizing. Only the paint process I do not have experience working with (different controller and arm). Working for ABB and Fanuc exposed me to all of the applications that they offered at the time. I have retained all of my manuals for continuious refreshing. I ofter brouse over all applications to stay sharp.
I've had a few training opportunities in my past, starting with work crews on basic task, weld recongnition courses for new employees and for new technicians to ensure quality, basic/advance robot programming (coordinated motion control), troubleshooting and electrical repair. I have great communication skills along with a sense of humor which is rare in this field.
Work Experience(5)
My essential duties were to: Program, install, repair (fixture, EOAT, robot via BOM) troubleshoot automated processes in a tier 1 automotive enviorment. Multiple integrated cells (50+) most cells involved multiple processes such as: Material handling, spot/mig welding, dispencing, projection weld stations, buffers (FIFO), motion detection used in weld assembly production. Responsibilities also include: Quality, Training, PMs, daily downtime issue reporting (Passdown) (via Teams). Oversee the lower level techs and help production as much as possible to reach delivery dead lines.
Maintain, program, troubleshoot, refurb, repair (Fixture and automated surrounding equip, turntables, positioners, orbiters, welding equip ect.,) in a stainless steel mig/tig weld assembly process atmosphere. Quality there was strictly enforced with hourly cut and etch test being done, serveral times per shift on multiple cells to ensure quality. My duties were to make sure all cells meet dead lines.
Education / Training / Certificates(2)
I didn't have the patience (young), at the time for the two classes remaining, which was political science and english 102. I was in a rush to understand metal manufacturing quickly and make money.
