Oversaw all electrical work for multiple production facilities and R&D Labs. Pioneered the collection of real time manufacturing data into analytical software. Introduced supply chain, finance, and HR data into plant MES for a data-centric architecture of enablement. Initiated measurement and verification of facility energy usage. Integrated new, automated equipment in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Critical Infrastructure industries across a wide variety of platforms. Responsibilities included DCS, PLC and HMI specification, programming, and commissioning.

Electrical team leader for multimillion dollar projects, managing all I&E contractors on site. Standardized and calibrated all instrumentation &. This included valves, transmitters, drives, burner, and PLCs. Integrated various systems with plant DCS while maintaining electrical equipment up to 25kV. Specified and installed electrical equipment such as motors, starters, cables, transformers, conduit, and panels. Established Predictive Maintenance Program with data analytics available on operator dashboards. The results of my Advanced Process improved ethane recovery from 72% to over 80% for 500 MMSCFM/day.

I filled multiple maintenance positions from Electrician Helper to I&C Technician. During this time, I pulled cable, terminated conductors(lugged/spliced), and wired motors. Installed new and maintained existing conduit, raceways, trays, MCCs, and transformers. Installed/repaired/calibrated AOVs, MOVs, limit switches, relays, recorders, indicators, vibration/position/temperature probes, transducers, transmitters, perimeter detection, and explosive detection. Calibrated M&TE and control loops. Troubleshot PLC issues and assisted engineering with drawing updates.
