About Me
I have over 5 year's experience as an project engineer in inspecting, analyzing, programming, commissioning, Electrical Panel Design, erection Rolling mill, WTP ( Water treatment plant ), HVAC automation and other industrial equipment and System. Design and implementation of SCADA system graphics, control and alarm annunciation for tank, pump stations, compressor, automated test facilities and wells while adhering to automation standard guidelines. To develop the project in accordance with the requirements of the project specification as defined and thus meeting the requirements of the Client. Design and drawing of PLC Panel, SCADA, VFD Panel, MCC Panel. Configuring and faults diagnosis of Profibus Communication, Modbus Communication, TCP/IP, Analyzers and Control Loops. PLC: Siemens (S7-300, S7-400, and Redundant System, S7-1200, S7-1500. S7-200), Rockwell (Micro800 Controllers, MicroLogix 1400, Control Logix L72 Hot Back up Redundancy system, Compactlogix L36ERM) SCADA: WinCC, Factory Talk View VFD: Parker, ABB ACS550, Schneider ATV320. Installation, calibration, and loop checking of the field instruments (ABB, Endress & Hauser, Mosoneilon, Honeywell…)
