I have a unique experience of working in Australia and Malaysia where i went to dismantle and bring the Auto glass plant to Pakistan with workable documentation. I completed the instalaltion and commissioning of the plant in Pakistan and currently maintaining it.

I have more than 8 years of experience in many control systems for process and production automation solutions. Have experience with PLC/SCADA systems such as siemens, Allen bradley, GE Fanuc etc.

Have setup Multiple Grey field Robots in Pakistan

The First OEM grade Automotive Glass Manufacturer in Pakistan Tecno Auto Glass was founded March 2017. The company has installed state of the art equipment from Italian, Japanese, Finnish & Swiss manufacturers. TAG started mass production for its first windshield in June 2020. Auto Glass Plant Relocation and its commissioning which includes Modification and upgradation of Machine Control Systems Process Flow diagrams. I have spent 6 months in Australia and 2 months in Malaysia for the dismantling and documenting the complete plant control system. 1) Development of Cause & Effect Diagrams, P&IDs along with upgradation of Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with all aspects including Graphic Displays, Alarm Management and Historian. 2) Developing FDS (functional design specifications) and system architecture which includes medium voltage connections, Transformer sizing, Power distribution panel sizing, UPS sizing, Power quality requirements, control room design, control system power & grounding, cable terminations schedules, E/I Interface schedule, system & marshaling cabinets. 3) Executed installation, commissioning, and start-up 4) Responsible to Electrical & Automation contractors as a focal point for all aspects of the project 5) Conducted technical training for the technical skills development of the team.

1) Detailed engineering management of wastewater treatment plant, Compressed Air utilities, and chilled water circulation systems. 2) Installation and commissioning of CIP Plant facility for Syrup and filling machine lines for Coca-Cola Multan, Pakistan. 3) Reviewing project documents including P&ID, layout, PFD, PFS, utility consumption, and BOM of materials. In addition to this i was involved in Installation of PDP, MCC, PLC and RIO panels Responsible for implementing of Tetra Pak Electrical and instrumentation cable tray system, cable pulling, and cable termination activities plans as per drawings and allocated time schedule Commissioning MCC motor starters like DOL, Soft starter and VFDs as well as testing with Siemens PLC system Installation and commissioning Festo based pneumatic system interfaced with Tetra Pak Plant master system

To review all engineering design plans and to do site visits for deployment of Airfield solutions, my core job functions include Planning, Scheduling, Resource Allocation, site setup, Progress Reporting, Procurement, Installation, and commissioning.
