Programming Skills (21)
I can configure switches and do fairly concise troubleshooting
I have a very solid capability with rockwell software and several certifications in addition ot 6 years of on the job experience integrating and sub-contracting for strategic suppliers who are actively integrating systems using Rockwell and Allen Bradley. Please ask if you have more questions.
I integrated HMI's from template to buyoff using Allen Bradley, I have a fairly solid working knowledge of these HMI's and can complete HMI's from design through integration.
I recently took some training to get certified with low-voltage Allen Bradley VFD's (essentially the powerflexe's, I know how to program the armorstarts as well but the training was on the different variety of Powerflex drive options available through Allen-Bradley)
I mean I have used their products, I am not CCNA certified but I can I haven't failed to get a switch going
I am solid on how to complete tasks using siemens hardware and TIA. I have several projects I have seen through to completion that utilized TIA Versions all the way to V17. Please contact me if you have more questions and I will attempt to answer them.
I have set up several keyence area scanners and have used their safety designer suite for integrating simple safety circuits.
I need more experience with this before I would be able to lead projects but I can get 99% of problems taken care of, but have limited experience in certain applications such as pc messaging, scada and interfacing mitsubishi with non-mitsubish products etc. I can start up most Honda DCS but could not comfortably lead a project.
I can certainly use these drafting softwares but I will have to look up how to accomplish some of the more complex tasks required to do the work, such as overlaying xrefs on knownpoints, design corrugated roofing. zero knowledge on structural autocad drawings. I can learn it but I would have to get trained on that in order to produce any usable results.
Have integrated quite a few devices designged and sold by Banner.
Honda architecture
Very basic competency with the movisuite of bench test and design application. Can integrate, design, and complete troubleshooting, still struggle a little with the controller interfacing.
I used this software quite a while ago, I was proficient at it but I never integrated a system programmed in Mitsubuishi PLC logic.
About Me
I am a skilled controls engineer, who honors my commitments and stays on a project through to completion. I am hardworking, and will do everything in my power to get the job done for my customers.
Skilled Trades (4)
I have quite a few projects that I have been involved in the integration of and have quite a wealth of knowledge for integrating PLC's and HMI's.
I performed in this role for 3 and a half years before I was an engineer and consider myself fairly proficient in this role.
I would like to rate myself higher, but unfortunately I have not integrated any industrial HVAC systems and do not posess membership in the Union as where I live does not require union membership to service equipment.
Software Competencies (1)
Professional Competencies (15)
Similar to my other statements I have a reasonable amount of experience commsioning automotive manufacturing equipment.
I have been on around 100 automotive startups at this point and have a fair amount of experience commissioning various equipment.
I have designed maybe 20 systems and they have all worked great with very few issues from a design perspective (most issues were related to installation errors causing cabling changes and re-routes). I have designed several systems with only partial templates available to build from.
I have designed over a dozen DCS.
I have been a lead engineer on 4 projects, and do not leave a project until it is completed. However, I am not the most technically proficient engineer I have met but I would consider myself very skilled at what I do and take it very seriously. I have primarily worked for some of the most high-pressure employers in the busisness. I have worked on over 20 projects through the commissioning phase and should be more than capable of assisting you with whatever you require controls wise.
I performed this role prior to becoming an engineer for 3 and a half years and consider myself very proficient in this task. However, nothing trumps the experience and knowledge of the man who works on the same machine for 20+ years and knows every minute detail of how it operates and what is its flaws.
Reference comments above.
Reference above comments, I have a reasonable amount of PLC experience from cradle to grave as I would call it. Template development, to office programming to emulation, to runoff or dry run (if new template I have always insisted this step in order to verify logic works as intended), to installation and commissioning, and all the way to final SAT and eventual buyoff. I have worked in a couple of industries that had under-developed templates and have been involved in the projects from cradle to grave.
Applications (17)
I spent about 3 and a half years integrating in a general assembly shop for a fortune 100 company and consider myself versded in many of the common practices and control schemes utilized in an assembly application and shop.
I have years of experience integrating body shops as the strategic supplier I worked for had a contract to have all body shops be quoted by them first for work. I am very familiar with overhead data tracking and routing decisions and nearly all facets of a body shop. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I have significant amounts of experience integrating body shops from several fortune 100 companies, plese contact me if you have any questions about my experiences
I have spent the bulk of my time as an engineer as one of the commissioning controls engineers in the field.
One of the projects I led was in Arlington general assembly for General Motors.
I have developed this skill a significant amount in the last couple of years.
I consider HVAC to be more of a hobby that I do on the side, I have a working knowledge and EPA certification which I have used in the past. I am more than capable of completing many taks thats require HVAC training.
I honestly consider myself to be absolutely fantastic at industrial maintenance and would consider myself capable of handling just about all maintenance related issues that would occur in most facilities.
I have worked nearly my entire career in material handling and interfacing with robotics and tool cells connecting to my conveyance medium and consider myself extremely knowledgable and experienced in industrial conveyance systems. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
I have integrated 7 paint shops for the conveyor portion of the project.
Why Choose Me

A customer should choose me because I will do everything within my power to ensure that their contract is completed on time and in budget if possible regardless to the countless number of delays that have been experienced. I give my customers the bonefitus that my experience and presence conveys through my actions and I have never had a customer who did not return to do business with me a second time. The bulk of my current customers are repeat customers, and typically I have to turn down work as my customers are that satisfied with me. I do not tac on hidden fees or attempt to extort money from my customer even when I work through a broker. Finally, I will not leave your project in a bad position no matter how bad the project is currently going.
