Owner Ogden UT, 84404 ● Led the development and installation of several high dollar automated work-cells; coordinating between subcontractors of machine designers, programmers and technicians to complete the projects on time, within budget, and produce a fast return on investment ● Became the business owner as an authorized Fanuc Robotics Integrator; implementing complex automation in a variety of applications for several companies; incorporating PLC's, grippers, conveyors, etc. ● Designed tooling, end effectors, and full 3d layouts of automation equipment using solidworks ● Created automation business proposals on a constant basis; showing companies how to improve their processes

Brigham City, UT 84302 ● Installed, configured, and programmed over 80 robots; automating several processes to manufacture air bag inflators ● Took a lead role in the airbag inflator gasfill automation to efficiently coordinate machine placement, facility drops, safety fencing, wiring, and robot/plc programming ● Coordinated the automation team to effectively automate bin picking, and UT testing of air bag inflator chambers ● Supported maintenance technicians' most difficult automation problems; effectively making high dollar repair decisions at crucial times to save money and to reduce downtime ● Developed tooling and code that led to the successful implementation of a deburring automated machine ● Interfaced often with Allen Bradley PLC logic to program, troubleshoot, and support high production machines ● Designed work cells using Solidworks and Roboguide to create accurate bids, cycle time estimates, and manufacturing drawings ● Used Fanuc IR vision, Keyence, and Cognex vision systems to identify features on parts for a variety of different applications, and programmed the robots to orient the parts properly in machines

Hill Air Force Base, Hill Air Force Base, UT ● Awarded the Generals recognition coin for my contribution to the A-10 elevator repair process definition; saving several aircraft from being grounded ● Performed market research, and created a business proposal that resulted in the purchase and implementation of a $6 million robotic system to scan, de-fasten, and drill new F-16 wing skins ● Optimized the repair process of the A-10 elevator; saving 40 hours per elevator, and an estimated $650,000 per year ● Coordinated with NDI inspectors to eliminate over processing and unnecessary rework of both A-10 and F-16 wings saving tens of thousands of dollars per year

Idaho Falls, ID 83401 ● Directed the work and training of a drilling crew for 6 years; taking responsibility for the employees safety and output in a demanding and dangerous environment ● Personally constructed 80+ successful water wells, and assisted in the completion of 300+ other successful water wells ● Logged over 1000 hours welding stick, tig, flux core, and mig welding procedures constructing wells and manufacturing drilling equipment ● Manufactured various pieces of drilling equipment from design to final product ● Entrusted with the responsibility of operating various types of machinery; including a drill rig, rig tender, forklift, dump truck, back hoe, metal lathe, milling machine, boom truck, welders, plasma cutters, etc.
