I was the lead electrician for Huntwood Industries a 630000 sq ft cabinet manufacture located in Liberty Lake WA. I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of many different CNC machines, numerous conveyor systems, a large dust collection system. Mostly 480 VAC.

I was always involved in updating systems from installing roller motors to UV drying conveyors. I worked closely with the local AB rep. on new product and the machine manufactures on documentation and procedures
I was the lead on all new equipment installations (CNC's etc). I was responsible for power distribution (480V) from determining size and ordering wire to OSHA sign of at commissioning
I was responsible for all building electrical, 50 HVAC's, all production cnc's.

I did some minor programming with AB micro controllers to keep legacy machines running. I copied and kept on file all PLC programs for equipment and was responsible for the corect urchasing of spare PLC etc.
I was leadon all machine repairs and assisted department managers in changes to streamline production including OC issues.
I was lead on maintenance and repairs of two Fanuc robots for material handeling and two AGV's for material transfers.
I am very good at reading wiring diagrams for many typs of machines. I designed and documented many conveyor systems (480V) with AB drives and basic start stop estop control.

I was responsible for the commissioning of all new equipment placed into service. This included 480 vac power from panels, to placement operational checks. I worked with the manufactures from within the US and out to ensure proper operation often being assisted by Stiles.
Lead electrical troubleshooter for entire plant. This included the smart building system, gate controls and survailance, all plant power and all equipment.

I was one of the first echnicians hired by Sircoma (now IGT). I started the and ran the service dept for Happ Controls and became the National Service Manager. I was VP of Operations for International Gaming Management (IGM) in charge of all machines placed on reservations around the country.
