Hyderabad, Telangana. Worked on selecting equipment for newly added conveyor to the existing FMCG company. Created BOM for the panels, motors, sensors and all the equipment to be installed. Worked on listing of I/O for the entire project to assign point I/O inputs to the Allen Bradley PLC. Creating input tags assigning IP address and mapping it to I/O list. Writing logic to the program in PLC Worked on creating motion controller logic in the program and obtained accurate result of the conveyor motion. Creating Add on instructions in the program. Wrote logic in the program to read RFID and barcode system. Worked on encoders as the feedback system to the induction motor to obtain position control on the conveyors. Durant, Oklahoma Hot end Troubleshooting and made changes in Allen Bradley PLC for top roll machine position on the glass ribbon to obtain efficiency. Tunning PID loop in Modicon PLC to get the right temperature at working zone. Worked on Arduino mega program for LED display to show the firing side and time remaining for switching sides. Worked on changes made on HMI screen in IFIX software for the working end zone. Installed cameras for top roll machine for better view and operation and programmed fail safe in Allen Bradley with temperature limit. Made change for mixer program in Siemens PLC to reduced time delay in the process. Installed TIN metal remover on the cullet belt and programmed it in Allen Bradley plc. Made AutoCAD drawings for the entire power distribution panels and documented the power supply for the operators to understand the process. Glass cutting and packing end Troubleshooting plc program bugs in Autoline zone and made changes in Allen Bradley for the accurate and continuous packing of the glass. Made changes to the KUKA robot controller KRC4 by identifying bugs in the program and calibrating the coordinates to the Robot using teach pendant. Made new HMI screen to the newly added Auto line in the IFIX software by adding all the components in the line and sending the information to the database. Programmed PF 527 Motion control VFD in the Auto6 line and successfully programmed servo motors in Kinetix 5500 servo drive. Configured ethernet switches and made backups for all the ethernet Stratix switches. Programmed newly added motors to the sand plant for the automatic operation of the conveyor. Programmed HMI for the conveyor that were added to the system in FactoryTalk view. Finetuned the PLC program on Autoline for the accurate packing of the glass on the rack. Configured and replaced actuators in the tempered glass zone with the new actuators. Troubleshooting Festo Pneumatic system for the pressure lose and dropping of the glass on the packing rack. Identified the bugs in the program for the missing glass in the tracking system and made changes in the program. Troubleshoot the Eagle eye for the miss calculation of the glass, which is sending it to the cullet section, Got familiar with the ABB robot for the troubleshooting purposes.
