Update vision Calibration and set tolerances, as well as maintaning the micro-dispensing equipment. Update PM frequency and add Proactive measures to ensure equipment is changed before failing. Work with cross functional teams to come up with new processes in both equipment and maintenance teams.
Challenge Manufacturing - Pontiac MI Commisioned 42 ABB Robots using multiple applications including Rivieting,sealing and welding to assemble the largest wheelhouse castings in the industry for the Electric Hummer. Setup sealing parameters From calibration to production. Led the team to finalize proper wiring for new interface with henrob. Calibrated all weld guns and Rivet guns. Solved all Mechanical design issues on Fixtures and End of Arm Tooling. GM Global Cert.
Managed the install of FUB and RUB Front and & Rear Underbody for the cybertruck. Resequenced the RUB marriage station to remove 15 total seconds of cycle time.
