Journeyman A1 Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Lead Man Job Duties- Trouble shoot simple and complex systems, order and replace/repair machine components and parts, organize and schedule jobs for the employees I'm responsible for, and work in a fast pace environment with safety and time management in mind throughout the work day.

Preventative maintenance technician\Maintenance technician Job Duties: Diagnose and repair various equipment- such as production melting,die casters, trim presses, x-rays, heat treat ovens, conveyance systems, CNC machines, rotary dials, transfer lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; Fabrication of equipment including drill presses, metal breaks, plasma/acetylene torch, air arc, arc welders (vert./horz.), tig and mig welders; Rebuild tools- such as gearboxes, spindles, and drill units; Read and interpret test equipment such as micrometers; Calipers, as well as perform ball bar tests; Follow any other instructions and perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor; Comply with the following OSHA Safety Standards- Hazard communication, Bloodborne pathogens, lock out/tag out, Permit required confined space, Hot work permit, Powered industrial trucks, P.P.E., and ergonomics; Work with production to correct quality problems as well as continuous improvement projects; When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job.

Receiver\Special Projects\Maintenance Job Duties: Load and unload flat bed and enclosed semi trucks and trailers; weld and fabricate frames for trailers; preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance on building and fork lifts.

Chassis Prep\Undercoat\Maintenance Job Duties: Run wiring to power inside of custom box trucks; Undercoat under side of finished box trucks; basic building structural maintenance.

Core Maker/Maintenance Job Duties: Make good quality IsoCores; Rebuilt several CB22 core machines from ground up; Trouble shoot and resolve any issues that popped up in a timely but safe manner.

Kingman Az Level 3 Wrapper Operator/ Level 3 Winder Operator/ Maintenance Job Duties: Make good quality toilette paper; Trouble shoot and repair all machines on bath#2 line in a fast pace environment; Weld and fabricate multiple items to make machines run more efficient- Was on the safety committee for 4 years and a first responder to any injury that happened on the floor.
