Maintenance Technician/ Weld Technician/building Maintenance Supporting production or keeping the line moving for example change in electrodes, changing bad sensors, resetting the sensors proper, help The operators run a red rabbit, homing the machines, reset the light curtains when the operators break them, troubleshooting mechanical problems, troubleshooting PLC issues, troubleshooting electrical issues, set up mig welders to ready for production by threading the wire changing wire spools etc, resetting robots when they skip a cycle also fix,mechanical PLC issues and help with the daily and weekly PMS. reteach welds, change out weld liners, repair air cylinders, use scissor lift to fix material racks that were damaged by fork lift operators, ice blast fixtures on shut down. replace air cylinders, and shim fixtures

MIG + TIG Welder/Fabricator Ran an aluminum saw to cut parts for the orders, Carried aluminum bundles to weld stations, Welded frames and other various parts for trailers while following the blueprints and recommendations of the customers request. Wire trailers, place tires on completed frames and moved into lot once all parts of the trailer was welded on and approved by Quality

Reworking of Washing Machines; which in short is taking out of date machines adding newer parts on them, Re programming re testing and then packaging to be able to be shipped out to customers Hook up power supply and laptop to do a complete wipe of the already present programming move the washers from the present location to the deconstruction area by use of fork lift and place them on top of the tables. Replace old power cord with new updated power cord. Pull apart the back of the machine exposing the inside of the machine. remove the outdated part from the machine and dispose of part Install new updated part into machine and fasten it down Hook the machine up to the companies ACU program and run Secondary programming needed to finish machine. Mark machine as a completed unit replace the back onto the machine and repeat process as needed

Work with local maintenance crew doing daily tasks Work on setting up PM schedule and putting it in effect Train on proper way to check electric fuses and breakers Help set up crew setting tools and setting up CNC machines Show the facilities maintenance how to PM and change the filters in air compressors, heating units and ventilation units Work with set up and maintenance to cut down on machine time Installed and setup new robots for existing machines Fab conveyors, install motors and chains

Form Setter/Concrete Finisher/On site Maintenance Operating maintaining and preforming routine and emergency maintenance on heavy equipment, setting walls forms and tying supporting rebar, running and tying together rebar for flooring and foundations nailing together wood forms, reading blueprints to place them inside of excavation for pouring measuring, and cutting of materials Finishing of wall, footings and floors after the concrete was poured

Change molds Change water lines Change hydraulic hoses and air lines Set up programs and make changes (cook time, how long molds open and shut) Set and hook up thermometers and Eco boxes to set heat on molds Set robots up according to each mold change grippers per mold Weld as needed (safety cages and on machines) Run electric conduit and wire Fabricate steel guard rails and install shipping receiving area Rebuild hydraulic pumps and change them

PM and Troubleshoot conveyor systems, GK's (shakers), Wheelabrator machine (shot blast), Summit (pouring line), Muller (sand batch machine), and other machines as needed. Responsible for changing worn bearings, patching and changing belts as needed, and diagnosing and troubleshooting machines in the plant as needed. Perform Arc and Mig welding. Certified Forklift, Reach Lift, Scissor Lift, and Bobcat Operator Fabricate and weld on machines as well a fabricate and build to prints new hand rails and shaker beds

Qualified 3rd hand rewinder operator. I ran a machine that takes large rolls of paper and makes cuts to turn it into multiple rolls of paper per order specifications, when rolls were junk I personally would move them to quality hold or the beater room using the fork lift. During paper breaks I would climb ladders to ensure that while the person on the ground was feeding the tail that there was nothing that would block it from running through the dryers smoothly. Also while employed here I led a crew of 3 people, directing and assisting them in preforming tasks such as hiking hay out of the pit, housekeeping, cutting cores, banding rolls and wrapping skids. I assisted in preforming preventative maintenance on not only maybe winder, but also the paper machine it's self. Also was trained by the company as a qualified back tender so every time we did a turn up or transferred to a new reel of paper I would oversee the process, then cut samples and preform tests on them tracking the results of the tests into our system to make sure the paper we were running was meeting every single one of our customers ingredient specifications. While preforming this task during a paper-break I would be the one on the ground feeding the tail and instructing the other employees on what to do.

This was a blown plastic film company were we prided our selfs in short order pharmaceutical orders, blown film for landscaping, plastic wrap for newly built homes and much more!
