Warsaw, IN Ran Fanuc robodrills(3 axis mill) for a little over 3 years in the polymer department. Also had training in a clean room. Last supervisor in department was Clifford Clevenger. Last year running Nakamura 5 axis lathes in the acetabular department. Currently have no shift supervisor, team leader is Peter Cullers.
Set up - Brake assembly From 1994-2001 brake assembly From 2001 - 2016 CNC machinists, running both vertical and horizontal 2 axis lathes, from a variety of machine brands all with Fanuc control panels. From November of 2014 until my resignation in December of 2016 I did set up on said machinery, including minor repairs. Worked with robotics in a CNC cell. Was responsible for multiple CNC machines and drill presses in a fast paced work environment. Last supervisor I worked under was David Cross.
