Offline correction of BMW's L7 standard Received programs from coworkers and verified that they were up to the L7 standard and corrected as necessary. • Production cell programming Using Fanuc M-6i robots (RJ2), a production cell was programmed (conveyor belts, indexed table, tool changers and fixtures) for material handling. • Allen-Bradley PLC & HMI programming Designed and implemented a programming standard for a cell with an AB CompactLogix 1769-L30ER PLC, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP and a PanelView HMI. (Collision zones, zone access, external automatic, fault detection/reset, etc.). ABB and KUKA robot programming training Programming and configuration for KRC2 and IRC5. Internship (2 months): Design and manufacturing of a tool changer for Fanuc M-6i robots.
