Read and interpret prints effectively understanding customers specification • Ability to use SolidWorks and featurecam program and model parts • G-Code programming for Haas control, utilizing macros and subroutine call outs • Set up and operate Haas vf3 and Haas st30 multiple times throughout the day for different Tooling & parts • Effectively turn and thread on conventional lathes • Make calculations using basic shop math • Effectively communicate with others to meet deadlines part specifications • Work with a variety of material cutting such as titanium stabilized stainless steels and inconel

Work from sketches, verbal, and print information to produce projects according to specifications. • Select the appropriate tools and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work. • Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as CNC Mills/Lathes, Manual Mills/Lathes, Drill Press, Sanders, Grinders, and other support equipment. • Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. • Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers, depth micrometers, inside diameter gauges, and outside diameter gauges.

• Interprets basic drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done. • Performs a variety of milling, drilling, boring, and turning on conventional machining centers or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances. • Reviews OCS / OS sheet and specifications to determine machining sequence, tooling requirements / changes and dimensions of finished work piece. • Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications. (metric & inch).

• Precisely follow design for granite fabrication • Effectively operate and maintain machines with correct lubrication or changing required parts and tools • Communicate well with companies giving feedback or receiving information with diagnosis • Efficiently direct co-workers by assigning tasks and preventing disruption in work flow • Accurately convert from Standard to Metric throughout the day • Use Biesse ICAM to program machining for Intermec CNC Router
