Developing CNC programs for horizontal and vertical machining centers using Unigraphics and APT, writing manufacturing routings, used Unigraphics to developing 3D models for senior manufacturing designers, assisting engineers with designs to improve current product and to develop new products.

Working independently and in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineers to support manufacturing operations, generating part programs for standard and special runs using MasterCAM, debugging programs to meet production and engineering requirements, setting up and running CNC machines as necessary to ensure part programs meet all requirements, designing and manufacturing prototype fixturing, participating in cadaver labs to develop prototype parts that will be introduced to the market, assisting in tracking the precision of CNC equipment using a ballbar calibration system and directing repairs as needed, part of a team that will be implementing automation in to 4 and 5 axis machines to allow lights out running.
