Familiar with Siemens PLC systems using ladder logic, function block, and Boolean programing languages. Proficient with TIA portal suite and multiple Siemens controllers. Familiar with Siemens VFD and motion systems. Have programmed the comfort touch series HMIs using both Siemens and AB PLCs to display data.

Familiar with Fanuc arc mate robots, weld control using Lincoln and Fronius power supplies. Capable of weld schedule creation, program touch ups, coordinated motion with additional turntable axis. Used with GMAW processes.

Advanced programing with multiple patterns and logic on insight 2000 series cameras, installation and setup using ethernet to PLC and additional programing. Training and tuning of both fixed Dataman 150 series 2D barcode readers and the hand-held 8050 series scanners.

Used EZCam for programing CNC mills. Cutter path creation, 3D machining capable. Used primarily with Milltronic VM series CNC machines.

Program both Microscan cameras used for checking part identification and 2D barcode identification. Use PLC to communicate via ethernet and trigger camera.

Use Autodesk for electrical and pneumatic controls prints, familiar with model manipulation and control. Some skill with 3D objects, can load and inspect with polyworks.

Used to create electrical and pneumatic control prints for GM. Familiar with GM GCCL, use Eplan to generate BOMs and link with excel.

Recently attended training class, familiar with both probing and scanning methods on portable arm.

Excellent with GTAW welding processes. Have welded the following materials. Steel (Stainless and CRS), aluminum, magnesium and titanium. Comfortable with all position welding on all thicknesses.

Very familiar with welding symbols and print reading. Can work form print, or design ideas given verbally and work well on prototype designs. Excellent with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW welding processes. Use oxyfuel process for metal forming and removal, also use carbon arc for material removal. Excellent refurbishing techniques. AWS structural D1.1 Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).

Advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical, pneumatic, and plc programming machinery. Once problem is discovered, root cause analysis is performed to ensure that problem does not occur again. Strong advocate of preventive maintenance and work quickly to ensure that machine downtime is minimal. Robotic maintenance, motor maintenance, machine maintenance are all strong skills that I posses.

Very proficient with machining techniques. Both manual (mill and lathe) and CNC (mill and lathe). Have used Ezcam and Mastercam to program and machine objects. Have machined materials such as: steel (tool, CRS, HRS, stainless), aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and Elkonite.
