Base work Criteria is common to TA-Systems. Additional work responsibility is as followed: 1. Updated Print Title Blocks/ Sheet Formats for Automation Industry Updated Standard. 2. Machine designs. Phasing out and integrating better machine designs and Standards. 3. Updated Network Libraries with Design intent when downloading and organizing job folders. Integrated Kettering interns into Engineering Dept. Design Pneumatic Drawings.

Design Sonic/Heat Stake, Wet-out presses, automated assembly, verification stations etc. Responsible for all sensors and camera positioning. Photoeye, photoelectric, inductive, capacitive, laser diffuse, light curtain distances from -4" pinch points and +4lbs of force. Responsible for all cylinder sizing for machines including platen presses with and without integrated rod lock. Quote, build and integrate all new engineering and controls department computers. Work with PM's and customers for feasibility, quoting, and design concepts for approval Continuously working with the machine dept. for better lead times and efficiency. Used Training practices from past experiences to assemble a "New Guy" packet Oversee Data translation. Transition Kettering University Interns every 3 months to handle data translation for quoting and Engineering OK to tool data. Update standards and best practices accordingly after company and team reviews
