I started my programming career with the PLC 2 then onto the PLC 5 and SLC 500. Now the Control, Compact and micro logix's platforms. I've done about 100-120 AB Plc's. In the last 5 years I have done eleven designs and 4 programming projects using the AB product line

I have designed and programed several projects using Siemens products over my career. Recently with the S7-1200 using the new TIA software. In the last 5 years I have designed three, programed 2 new and reprogramed two projects.

I have done quite a few projects in my career using the GE PLC and IFix Platforms. In the last 5 years I have done three projects using IFix in a single PC, one PLC design and one reprograming of a old design.

In my career I have designed and programed several projects using the Omron platforms. In the last ten years I have had only one project.

In my career I have had 20 Fanuc projects that I preformed design and programing on. In the last ten years I have not had any projects.

I have performed the necessary calculations and evaluations for an assortment of applications in over 200 projects. I have documented these results in written or visual formats to further a design bases for an application.

I have estimated over 200 projects between 200K and tens of millions. I have evaluated the application come up with a solution estimated the material and hours required to preform the project. The last project I estimated was a 50Million controls project for a process plant.

In my career I have performed well over 200 hundred installations and commissioning projects in the automotive, nuclear, pharm and process plants. In the last 5 years I have preform about 15 equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The biggest being a Oil sands mine project in Canada and the smallest being a lift-station control panel upgrade.

In my career I have been the project manager responsible for finance and schedule for about twenty five projects. Within the last 5 years I have been the project manager on at least five projects with the largest being a 2 1/2 million and the smallest being 400K.

I have design systems for many applications. From simple single PLC to multi-PLC and site system architectures. I have developed network systems for plant infrastructures.

I have written standards, proposals, and specifications for a host of industries under many required formats (NQA, DOD, DOE, Gamp, and others.) I have written forms to collect data from process, quality and/or calibration procedures.

In my career I have designed, and/or built, commissioned several projects in energy Municipalities, Utilities and Private companies. The largest project was a new 30mW power plant, the smallest were bio oil production equipment using algae and wood chips.

In my career I have designed, built, and commissioned several projects in material handling in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Nuclear, Automotive, and Food production. The largest project was a new plant to manufacture motorcycles for a Chinese manufacture, the smallest was robot cells for machine tool loading.

In my career I have designed, built, and commissioned several projects in material process in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Nuclear and food production. The largest project was a new plant design to manufacture Molly99 for a Pharmaceutical company, the smallest was a filling machine for a beverage manufacture.

In my career, I have had the opportunity to perform many training classes on many subjects. I have handled safety, electrical safety, UL508, customer, process and standards and others.

In my career I have designed, built, and commissioned several projects in waste water for Municipalities and Private companies. The largest project was a new 600k SBR plant, the smallest were two pump lift-stations.
