Edit project Chip Quality Project nameChip Quality Project description Designed and implemented a Client/Server System that captured Chip Quality Data from Chip Grading machines. The system automatically sends e-mail reports to Suppliers, allowing them to make adjustments to their equipment, to meet required specifications. Application featured in Corporate Newsletter and allowed a two and a half million dollar savings, the first year it was implemented, for the Division. Edit project Estimated Production Report Project nameEstimated Production Report Project description This application was developed in the late 90's and is still in production today. It is basically a application to record all aspects of a shift's production, i.e. grade changes, speed changes, defects, etc... Developed with PowerBuilder Client/Server toolset with an Oracle database backend. Data has been queried multiple times through the years to support Improvement Teams. Edit project Flow Charted Bailey BATCH90 programs for Soot Blowers Project nameFlow Charted Bailey BATCH90 programs for Soot Blowers Project description Operations wanted to change Soot Blowers from Pressure control to Flow Control. Very in depth and old BATCH90 code was developed in-house to control Soot Blower Sequence for 53 Soot Blowers. Flow charted in preparation for this request. Decision made to not implement. Edit project Storeroom Handheld Barcode Scanner Project nameStoreroom Handheld Barcode Scanner Project description Late 90's application to allow storeroom personnel to download data from SAP of storeroom inventory and allow issuing of items with a handheld scanner by scanning employee clock number, items issued by a barcode.
