Robot Programming Specialist Installs new robotic cells throughout the plant. Maintains and upgrades existing robotic cells throughout the plant. Keeps the project managers and others informed on new evolutions in robotics so they can integrate the evolutions in new setups. Manage and setup all that is involved in robotics in new cells. Saves and backups robotic cells Offline programming in Weld, Material Handling, Maintenance, Coating, Printing, and Blending operations Debug programs and verify signals to and from PLC. Identify PLC related issues and document all changes in PLC and Robot programs.

Perform complete maintenance of dies and molds sent in for repair from customers Build new dies including bluing and fitting processes of mold dies Perform all manual machining applications needed during maintenance or rebuild processes Setup, program, and run various CNC milling and lathes machines during new builds and repairs Perform quality specifications on all parts manufactured through my machining processes Perform tpm processes on all machined used in my manufacturing processes Coordinate machining processes, assembly processes, and packaging processes of my designated area of manufacturing.
