Ambatovy Nickel Project: Start-up and commissioning of plant-wide DCS, Operations support Duty was plant wide and included Utilities (Air separation plant, H2 plant, H2S plant, Sulphuric acid plant, Power plant, Kiln, Raw material handling and transporting, Water cooling systems, Piping system), PAL (Autoclaves, chemical reactors, Thickeners, CCDs) and Refinery (various chemical reactors, nickel and cobalt furnace). DCS was PCS7 with standalone systems using S7 PLC's.
