As the Global Technical Manager, it was my job to provide oversight to the R&D department, mange the technical support department who was responsible for managing the instillation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all product lines I/O systems and computer hardware and software and providing technical sales support, and managing the product lines documentation requirements. I also acted as the software, I/O, and gas detection domain champion and subject matter expert.

As the Global Technical Support Manager, it was my job to manage the technical support department who was responsible for managing the instillation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all product lines I/O systems and computer hardware and software and providing technical sales support. I also acted as the software and I/O domain champion and subject matter expert.

Managed the instillation of equipment, oversaw the day to day operations of the product line, and performed IT tasks at the data center as necessary.
