Rendered single line diagrams and electrical system specifications in AUTOCAD for Pre-Engineered Buildings, Electro-Mechanical Weighbridge and Bag Filling Machines which included interaction with internal & onsite teams to ensure quality delivery. Developed PLC ladder logic for the operation of Automatic Liquid and Bag Filling Machines and improved its efficiency. Monitored the manufacture of electrical devices and operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and applied principles of electrical theory to enhance the product development and efficiency of measurement of the products. Built, tested and deployed 3 major infrastructure applications to ameliorate the performance of the electrical circuit inside the weighbridge which helped to resolve problems related to calibration and weather issues.

Designed the control for the operation of Electronic Dental Chair which upgraded the performance by 13% and troubleshot electrical equipment problems such as electro-valve, sensors. Carried out simulations in MATLAB/Simulink before the actual hardware was designed on PCB. Developed C/C++ logic for microcontroller and reduced the operation time by 10%.
