TEAM LEAD/MIANTENANCE SUPERVISOR, LEAD PROGRAMMER 3 RD SHIFT AT IAC (AURIA SOLUTIONS) May, 2012 - present To lead and help employees in my building. Monitor inventory and run rates to assure production productivity. Also help out and be able to operate any machine in any position or work cell within my building. Got promoted and moved into the maintenance department. Tasks consisted of Machines upkeep, PMs and work orders for all machines. As shift lead on 3 rd shift in maintenance and Shortly after the 2 nd shift maintenance supervisor. I oversaw every technician on my shift. Insured fast and timely repairs on equipment and assisted when needed. Made monthly schedules and attended all project meeting. After a 90-day evaluation I was offered the full time position. Ended up turning it down to go further in the robotic programming department which in doing so was sent to ABB programming school in Michigan. I have vastly increased my knowledge and experience in this field from then till present day. I also have minor experience on moto-man and Fanuc robots as we have only two in production. Position included writing new programs from scratch for new project launches. Adjusting programs and modifying point positions as needed. Changing wire harnesses, motors, and dress kits as needed. Also preformed all calibrations on robots and external axis, initial setup for I/Os, TCP, and cut buck positioning, CLASS A DRIVER, ALLIED VANLINES
