Created and maintained an ongoing life cycle management program for all system and subsystems estimated lifespan or number of cycles from the vendor, the estimated number of cycles on the equipment, a proposed date for replacement/rebuild/major service, and the cost for the replacement/rebuild/major service work. -Build a complete preventive maintenance schedule for a 5 person team to follow to keep a 20 million dollar production system operational with minimum downtime.

- Working with automation and maintaining the production of a Pharmacy Automated Refill Center - Dealing with different issues and obstacles that are presented to me whether it be User or System issues - Working with vendors to maintain the overall operation of the system - Prioritizing work to reach the maximum output of the system - Organizing and implementing training classes for coworkers - Constantly monitoring numerous interfaces to ensure operation of the overall system and being able to escalate issues properly through the correct channels so the issue gets corrected in a timely fashion - Creating and maintaining a spare parts inventory and preventative maintenance schedule - Maintaining system operation and service with minimal downtime whether it be replacing a failed motor or modifying PLC code - Lead, coordinate, schedule, and perform major upgrades to the system - Creating, maintaining, and auditing OSHA approved Lockout/Tagout program for all authorized personnel - Creating and maintaining an ongoing lifecycle management program for all system and subsystems estimated lifespan or number of cycles from the vendor, the estimated number of cycles on the equipment, and a proposed date for replacement/rebuild/major service, and the cost for the replacement/rebuild/major service work

 Working with implementation and maintaining scalable robotic solutions across the country for different sized pharmacies and prescription mail order systems.  Completing Installations for robotics which includes relocating or installing new robotic machinery and training the staff on the equipment.  Completing Installations for standard products which include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all new networked PCs, printers, scanners, and any other custom equipment that the customer may need in their pharmacy. This also consists of making the new equipment communicate with any leftover equipment the customer may be using via different types of interfaces.  Remotely tracking my region's sites using SQL Query software and completing error logs for troubleshooting when an issue presented itself.

 Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.  Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.  Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications.  Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.  Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.  Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors, motor starters, PLC's, frequency drives, etc  Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.  Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.  Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.  Installation, termination, testing and troubleshooting of different network and LAN connections.  Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.  Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.  Perform physically demanding tasks, such as laying conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.  Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.  Wiring and troubleshooting 3 phase motors, reading blueprints and schematics, and wiring control panels that include PLC's, frequency drives, and motor starters.

Pharmacy Automated Refill Center for Kaiser Permanente - This was a 20 million dollar project that fills 20,000 prescriptions in 8 hours.
