Perform upkeep of programming and maintenance of robot and fixtures. Maintain spare parts inventory, oversee routine maintenance for associated equipment. Work with robotic supervisor regarding projects, workload and deadlines. Program all new and current robotic weld parts to optimize the production process. Troubleshoot and interface with program machine controls. Train others on the basics of operating robots (ABB, Wolf Pack, OTC.) High attention to detail ensuring weld parameters are set to quality standards. Other responsibilities: work in other departments (Welding, Fabrication, Assembly, etc.) when not operating a welding robot in a safe and efficient manner.
